Your purchase is dispatched on the following business day. All parcels are tracked via the Australia Post website. Once dispatched you will receive an email notification which includes your tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns because you have simply changed your mind BUT we're pretty sure you are going to love your kits!. If the product is faulty then please contact us to arrange a resolution. Where damage has occured in transit, please provide photographs of the product & packaging - without these we are unable to assist in the unlikely event that your item/s are damaged in transit.
